The day started out with a bath. Henry Mingyu loved it!

Who doesn't love a cute kid in the bath tub?!

Finally capturing that sweet smile....it just lights up his whole face!

The breakfast buffet is To.Die.For. It is a room full of Chinese and American breakfast food. Good thing I am gluten free again - otherwise I would definitely come home twice my size just from breakfast!

Henry Mingyu ate very little for us yesterday. We decided this morning that I would carry him around showing him ALL the choices and Alex would carry the plate. Then we would serve ourselves. Henry Mingyu made a face and noises to let me know he thought all the Chinese food was yucky! (What?!) Then we passed the donuts and guess what?! Just like big brother Alex he wanted TWO and a muffin to join it!! Crazy boy! Apparently he will fit right in with our love of donuts! (He ate a bite of each type of meat and then ate 2 donuts and 1/2 of muffin!)

Today Henry Mingyu officially became a Kreps!

After a 24 hour harmonious period we said we MOST DEFINITELY want him as our son ๐Ÿ’™

Then we walked up FIVE FLIGHTS of stairs with no air-conditioning (carrying a very solid and heavy Mingyu) to visit the notary.

This is what Alex and Henry Mingyu thought of more waiting!

After lunch we visited an office to get passport pictures taken. Mingyu was not very cooperative but we got the job done.

Then we had to go to the Zhengzhou PSB office to turn in the passport applications and take one more family picture.

By the end we were all DONE! Most of those locations had no air conditioning. It was 80 and very humid. And required a lot of hurry up and then waiting.

BUT Henry Mingyu is WORTH IT!!! ๐Ÿ’™

Mingyu called me mama a few times today ๐Ÿ’™ (He mostly calls me Ayi which is the Chinese name for nanny)

Tonight we are meeting our travel group for a group dinner at a Chinese restaurant.

We are celebrating that six kids are no longer orphans but have families that love and cherish them ๐Ÿ’™

PS My thighs are dying today after that teeter totter workout yesterday!

Grateful, Sandy
